Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles

Section 127(s) of title 23, United States Code, is amended—(1)in the subsection heading by striking gas and electric battery vehicles and inserting gas, electric battery vehicles, and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles; and(2)by inserting or fueled primarily by hydrogen fuel cells, or fueled or powered by a combination thereof, before may exceed.
