<section id="H509397563DAF4773BA19221DB5B59458" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Supply Chain Improvement Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H2871CF921A76456AB08310BFB8247E07" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Prioritization for supply chain resiliency</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">In making grants under section 117 of title 23, United States Code, and sections 6701 and 6702 of title 49, United States Code, in addition to adhering to any prioritization, project evaluation and selection criteria, set aside, State limitation, or any other criteria, limitation, or requirements described under such sections, the Secretary of Transportation shall give priority consideration to eligible projects, including multimodal projects, that improve or build resiliency in the supply chain.</text> </section>
