<section id="HF902F3CDCDB24E8FBF25A4EC8D3D3AB2" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Keep Kupuna Fed Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="HC267FF4EF6E14E3FA8538856A0B0A18C"><enum>2.</enum><header>Amendment</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 5(d) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/7/2014">7 U.S.C. 2014(d)</external-xref>) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="H1BF1471D120A4EA48D91E83D0422E300"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (18) by striking <quote>and</quote> at the end,</text> </paragraph> <paragraph id="HAACA3BE86AAC49CEB00AD878AA27FFD0"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in paragraph (19) by striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>; and</quote>, and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H1FDB6EB0D6834209B58E895B26396D8A"><enum>(3)</enum><text> by adding at the end the following:</text> <quoted-block id="HB352DC4A812744DBB045246394909EA7" style="OLC"> <paragraph id="H8E32C4F01DB24831B4646EC4CB4D4E85"><enum>(20)</enum><text>income received under title II of the Social Security Act.</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section> 
<section id="H19D41ED4E61E49979FE7AAFF8684CF3D"><enum>3.</enum><header>Effective date</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act and the amendments made by this Act shall take effect 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act.</text></section> </legis-body></bill>
