<section id="H10E12F88C02940FFA4BCDFA80F8057D0" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Stop Human Trafficking in School Zones Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section> <section id="H02838BECF8DB4EDC87E3EAC88856FD47"><enum>2.</enum><header>Increased punishment for certain offenses involving children</header> <subsection id="HFD76F1F66446462AA44ABDF079EC1E21"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/18/110">Chapter 110</external-xref> of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/18/2251A">section 2251A</external-xref> the following:</text>

<section id="H8F9B6DF1DB7F41BD8F0185A5B5F6024F"><enum>2251B.</enum><header>Offenses involving children</header> 
<subsection id="H9D6871293AE2457C93595B543E6C43CC"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Offense</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any person who commits a felony offense involving a minor under section 1201, 1466A, 1470, 1591, 1594, 2241, 2242, 2243, 2244, 2245, 2251, 2251A, 2260, 2421, 2422, 2423, or 2425, within 1,000 feet of the real property comprising a public or private elementary, vocational, or secondary school or a public or private college, junior college, or university, school-sponsored activity, or a playground, or housing facility owned by a public housing authority, or within 100 feet of a public or private youth center, public park, public playground, public swimming pool, or video arcade facility, shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of up to 5 years in addition to the imprisonment imposed for the offense under that provision. The sentence imposed under this section shall be consecutive to any sentence imposed for the offense under that provision.</text></subsection> <subsection id="HB62B463C7ECB4DC984A085A903E20F77"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Minor defined</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this section, the term <quote>minor</quote> means an individual who has not attained 18 years of age.</text></subsection></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection> 
<subsection id="HB70F0402E92C4E219EDE416A1C1ADD1F"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Clerical amendment</header><text>The table of sections for <external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/18/110">chapter 110</external-xref> of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after the item relating to <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/18/2251A">section 2251A</external-xref> the following new item:</text> <quoted-block style="USC" id="HDC58B1D06BCC484ABADC9441EEFF2AE8" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <toc regeneration="no-regeneration"> <toc-entry level="section">2251B.
