Short title

This Act may be cited as the Commercial Cabins for Cabinet Members Act.

Prohibition on use of charter air transportation

The Secretary of Transportation may not use charter air transportation until Congress enacts a law that authorizes appropriations to carry out activities of the Federal Aviation Administration for fiscal year 2024.
