<section id="HFFE506E6BB774830ABFF37C6EE5FAC0F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Town of North Topsail Beach Coastal Barrier Resources System Map Amendment</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H4DA811D41D5741D9B85395FB3CBC22FD"><enum>2.</enum><header>Correction to map</header> <subsection id="HF96487289ACE47C4A66F98A4C6AE6AEE"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Interior shall make such corrections to the map described in subsection (b) as are necessary to exclude lots from unit L06 of the John H. Chafee Coastal Barrier Resources System in North Topsail Beach, North Carolina, that were serviced by infrastructure, as described in subsection (c), installed along North Carolina Highway 210 and New River Inlet Road as of the date of enactment of the Coastal Barrier Resources Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/3501">16 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.</external-xref>).</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H576C413F79BC4C8F878B2820D67AFA73"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Maps described</header><text>The map referred to in subsection (a) is a map that—</text> <paragraph id="H3B1D2712E73040D492245B6FE1BCC51B"><enum>(1)</enum><text>is included in a set of maps as part of the John H. Chafee Coastal Barrier Resources System entitled <quote>John H. Chafee Coastal Barrier Resources System</quote> and dated December 21, 2018; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HE2D1A546D97A46679EA3C1833C1F852C" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(2)</enum><text>relates to unit L06 of the John H. Chafee Coastal Barrier Resources System.</text></paragraph></subsection> <subsection id="H7F035FB5B37C40FEA239FF08F9807A48"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Infrastructure described</header> <paragraph id="H7D631893F233478AAF5B68F03F5FAD67"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Subject to paragraph (2), the infrastructure referred to in subsection (a) is infrastructure that meets the criteria described in section 4(g)(1)(B) of the Coastal Barrier Resources Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/3503">16 U.S.C. 3503(g)(1)(B)</external-xref>).</text></paragraph>
