<section id="HCD8A0D71DBE34C71A42A559FF7CE0B23" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Notification respecting certain executive orders</header> 
<subsection id="HD0CA7C2493B64C3B94145C5E70ADDA56"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 30 days before issuing a qualifying executive order, the President shall transmit to the Congress, and make publicly available, a notification with respect to such executive order. Such notification shall contain—</text> <paragraph id="H420E3C68E02B4C29BC3E64549819BE5F"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the text of the executive order;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HED0857FF36184521804777F07AC68060"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the Federal law or laws affected by the executive order that is the subject of the notification;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HE3D741392B56496D9F87B7D879BE5B08"><enum>(3)</enum><text>how the President is working within the parameters specified in Federal law and the Constitution;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H904C4BCA353C42C0A3736FB16A661A2D"><enum>(4)</enum><text>the means by which the executive order will be accomplished, including through any related Federal agencies or departments; and</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HC53FC0CC608B4617B1B13FB288C45CCE"><enum>(5)</enum><text>a comprehensive list of organizations, businesses, and other parties or entities the President, or the President’s designee, engaged with prior to the issuance of such executive order.</text></paragraph></subsection> 
<subsection id="H7C66C8774BC3451B9BC71B4E2BBFC015"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Reports</header><text>Not later than 6 months after the date of the enactment of this Act, and every 12 months thereafter, the President shall submit to the Congress a report on the outcome of each qualifying executive order issued during the period covered by the report. </text></subsection> <subsection id="HFF376DEF6D864DFF95D28B7F6D36E339"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Qualifying executive order</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The term <term>qualifying executive order</term> means any executive order (including an executive order that revokes or nullifies a previous executive order) issued on or after the date of the enactment of this Act, relating to the right of law-abiding individuals in the United States to own, carry, and use firearms, as guaranteed by the Second Amendment to the Constitution.</text></subsection></section>
