Reg. 30502 (June 30, 2017)) without regard to any other provision of law that applies to the issuance of that final rule. </text></subsection><subsection id="H0B57AB76001C4AE9BFF2E88BAD81B0F2"><enum>(b)</enum><header>No judicial review</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The reissuance of the final rule described in subsection (a) (including this section) shall not be subject to judicial review. </text></subsection></section></legis-body><endorsement display="yes"><action-date date="20230920">September 20, 2023</action-date><action-desc>Committed to the Committee of the Whole House on the State of the Union and ordered to be printed</action-desc></endorsement></bill>
