Short title

This Act may be cited as the Water Cybersecurity Enhancement Act.

Community water system risk and resilience

(a)

Use of funds

Section 1433(g)(2)(F) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (42 U.S.C. 300i–2(g)(2)(F)) is amended to read as follows:(F)participation in training programs, and the purchase of training manuals and guidance materials, relating to security and resilience, including—(i)protecting public water systems from cyberattacks; and(ii)responding to cyberattacks..(b)

Authorization of appropriations

Section 1433(g)(6) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (42 U.S.C. 300i–2(g)(6)) is amended by striking and 2021 and inserting through 2030.
