Short title

This Act may be cited as the Continuing Opportunities for People with Disabilities to Excel Act.

Withdrawal of proposed rule relating to section 14(c) certificates

The Secretary of Labor shall withdraw the proposed rule titled Employment of Workers With Disabilities Under Section 14(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act (89 Fed. Reg. 96466; published December 4, 2024).
