Repeal of Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund

(a)

Repeal

Section 134 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7434)(relating to the greenhouse gas reduction fund) is repealed.(b)

Rescission

The unobligated balance of any amounts made available under section 134 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7434)(as in effect on the day before the date of enactment of this Act) is rescinded.(c)

Conforming amendment

Section 60103 of Public Law 117–169 (relating to the greenhouse gas reduction fund) is repealed.
