RES. 105</legis-num><current-chamber>IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES</current-chamber><action display="yes"><action-date date="20240501">May 1, 2024</action-date><action-desc><sponsor name-id="C001055">Mr. Case</sponsor> (for himself and <cosponsor name-id="T000487">Ms. Tokuda</cosponsor>) submitted the following concurrent resolution; which was referred to the <committee-name committee-id="HHA00">Committee on House Administration</committee-name></action-desc></action><legis-type>CONCURRENT RESOLUTION</legis-type><official-title display="yes">Authorizing the use of Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center for an event to celebrate the birthday of King Kamehameha I.</official-title></form><resolution-body style="traditional" id="HF711D34C17EC44FC80660CBBB42E9B86"><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="section-one" id="H94D10F094AF847AF80C645EF6CC8A898"><enum>1.</enum><header>Use of Emancipation Hall for Event to Celebrate Birthday of King Kamehameha I</header><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H04DE7C3AFA4D46D489505D9AAFBE19BD"><enum>(a)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Authorization</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center is authorized to be used on June 16, 2024, for an event to celebrate the birthday of King Kamehameha I.</text></subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HC65B245D5D084BE68755EC4823DDD4DA"><enum>(b)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Preparations</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Physical preparations for the conduct of the event described in subsection (a) shall be carried out in accordance with such conditions as may be prescribed by the Architect of the Capitol.</text></subsection></section></resolution-body></resolution>
