That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention relating to Requirement for Persons To Wear Masks While on Conveyances and at Transportation Hubs (86 Fed. Reg. 8025 (February 3, 2021); determined through a letter of opinion from the Government Accountability Office dated December 14, 2021, and printed in the Congressional Record on December 15, 2021, on pages S9206–S9208, that the order is a rule under the Congressional Review Act), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
