Short title

This Act may be cited as the Improving Treatment for Pregnant and Postpartum Women Act 2.0.

Residential treatment program for pregnant and postpartum women pilot program reauthorization

Section 508(r) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290bb–1(r)) is amended—(1)by striking paragraph (4);(2)by redesignating paragraphs (5) and (6) as paragraphs (4) and (5), respectively; and(3)in subparagraph (B) of paragraph (4), as so redesignated—(A)in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking The Director and inserting Not later than September 30, 2026, the Director; and(B)by striking the relevant committees of jurisdiction of the House of Representatives and the Senate and inserting the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions of the Senate and the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives.
