Short title

This Act may be cited as the Streamline Pentagon Budgeting Act of 2022.

Repeal of reporting requirements related to unfunded priorities

Chapter 9 of title 10, United States Code, is amended—(1)by repealing section 222a;(2)by repealing section 222b; and(3)in the table of sections at the beginning of the chapter, by striking the items relating to sections 222a and 222b.
