Short title

This Act may be cited as the Aquatic Invasive Species Control Act.

Invasive species management

Section 104 of the River and Harbor Act of 1958 (33 U.S.C. 610) is amended—(1)in subsection (b)(2)(A)(ii)—(A)by striking $50,000,000 and inserting $75,000,000; and(B)by striking 2024 and inserting 2028; and(2)in subsection (g)(2)—(A)in subparagraph (A)—(i)by striking water quantity or water quality and inserting water quantity, water quality, or ecosystems; and(ii)by inserting the Lake Erie Basin, the Ohio River Basin, after the Upper Snake River Basin,; and(B)in subparagraph (B), by inserting , hydrilla (Hydrilla verticillata), after angustifolia).
