Short title

This Act may be cited as the Fire Station Improvement Act of 2022.

Use of firefighter assistance grant funds

Section 33(c)(3)(J) of the Federal Fire Prevention and Control Act of 1974 (15 U.S.C. 2229(c)(3)(J)) is amended to read as follows:(J)To repair, modify, or improve fire stations, fire training facilities, and other similar facilities—(i)to improve the functionality of those facilities; or (ii)to protect the health and safety of firefighting personnel..
