Short title

This Act may be cited as the Mother and Baby Formula Safety Act.

Guidelines on preparing baby formula

The Secretary of Health and Human Services shall publish on the website of the Food and Drug Administration guidelines for parents unable to obtain commercially available baby formula that include—(1)do-it-yourself instructions for preparing safe baby formulas at home; (2)resources for parents on how to find baby formula alternatives; and(3)other suggested alternatives.
