Short title

This Act may be cited as the Facilitating Main Street Offerings Act.

Exemption from State regulation of securities

Section 18(b)(4)(A) of the Securities Act of 1933 (15 U.S.C. 77r(b)(4)(A)) is amended by inserting or pursuant to all disclosure obligations of section 3(b)(2) of this Act and any regulations issued under that section before the semicolon.
