Short title

This Act may be cited as the China Trade Cheating Restitution Act of 2022.

Modification of description of interest for purposes of certain distributions of antidumping duties and countervailing duties

Section 605(c)(1) of the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015 (19 U.S.C. 4401(c)(1)) is amended by striking October 1, 2014 and inserting October 1, 2000.
