Hinchey Hudson River Valley National Heritage Area, and for other purposes.</official-title></form><legis-body><section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Maurice D. Hinchey Hudson River Valley National Heritage Area Reauthorization Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="id500a08d318364e219d8e3e56db7b9032"><enum>2.</enum><header>Reauthorization of the Maurice D. Hinchey Hudson River Valley National Heritage Area</header><subsection id="id5AC2AE8528B74917A3615D68E9965D08"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Authorization of appropriations</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 909(c) of division II of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/104/333">Public Law 104–333</external-xref> (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/54/320101">54 U.S.C. 320101</external-xref> note; 110 Stat. 4280; 122 Stat. 824; 133 Stat. 779) is amended, in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking <quote>$15,000,000</quote> and inserting <quote>$17,000,000</quote>. </text></subsection><subsection id="id196FC64C1FF64324BA09F0C6EACEF3C1"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Reauthorization</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 910 of division II of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/104/333">Public Law 104–333</external-xref> (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/54/320101">54 U.S.C. 320101</external-xref> note; 110 Stat. 4281; 127 Stat. 420; 128 Stat. 314; 128 Stat. 3801; 133 Stat. 779), as amended by section 119(e)(6) of division G of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2022, is amended by striking <quote>2023</quote> and inserting <quote>2037</quote>.</text></subsection></section></legis-body></bill>
