Short titles

This Act may be cited as the Terminating Reckless and Unnecessary Checks Known to Erode Regular Shipping Act or the TRUCKERS Act.

Exemption from COVID–19 vaccination requirement

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of Homeland Security may not impose any COVID–19 vaccination requirement on any commercial truck driver who is a national of Canada or of Mexico and is seeking to temporarily enter the United States for business through a land port of entry.
