1.This Act may be cited as the Alaska Tourism Restoration Extension Act

.(c)Section 2 of the Alaska Tourism Restoration Act (Public Law 117–14) is amended by striking subsections (f) and (g) and inserting the following:(f)This section shall apply only during any period during which covered cruise ships are prohibited by the Government of Canada, any political subdivision of Canada, or any port or province of Canada, from berthing or docking in Canadian waters of the Pacific Coast due to the COVID–19 pandemic..
