Short title

This Act may be cited as the Prohibiting Private Sector Vaccine Mandates Act of 2022.

OSHA covid–19 vaccination mandate

No funds appropriated, or otherwise made available, may be used to implement, finalize, or otherwise carry out the rule submitted by the Department of Labor relating to COVID–19 Vaccination and Testing; Emergency Temporary Standard (86 Fed. Reg. 61402 (November 5, 2021)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
