Short title

This Act may be cited as the Defend the Blend Act.

2.

Prohibition against retroactive reductions of determinations under the Renewable Fuel Program

The Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency may not reduce any applicable volume determined under paragraph (2) of section 211(o) of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7545(o)), or any renewable fuel obligation or applicable percentage determined under paragraph (3) of that section, that has already been finalized for a calendar year.
