Prohibition on proof of COVID–19 vaccination requirement for HUD funding

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a Federal agency, or a State or local government, as a condition of receiving funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development, may not require an individual to provide proof of COVID–19 vaccination in order to receive assistance under any program funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
