Short title

This Act may be cited as the Parental Consent for Vaccination Act.

2.

Informed parental consent for COVID–19 vaccination

(a)

Definition

In this section, the term Executive agency has the meaning given the term in section 105 of title 5, United States Code.(b)

Requirement

Any COVID–19 vaccine mandate issued by an Act of Congress or by an Executive agency shall require the written and informed consent of a legal guardian for the administration of a COVID–19 vaccine to an individual under the age of 18 years old.(c)

Rule of construction

Nothing in this section shall be construed to allow for or otherwise authorize a COVID–19 vaccine mandate issued by an Act of Congress or by an Executive agency.
