 authorized</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 105(c)(2) of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/7215">15 U.S.C. 7215(c)(2)</external-xref>) is amended to read as follows:</text><quoted-block style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id656EC4041B0C43DAA979FBDF95DB15C9"><paragraph id="id7D860C1040A0433B821E1CB1FA50E625"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Public
