<section id="HBAA618CB945848D5BC586A7BFB9C63D6" section-type="section-one" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Data Mapping to Save Moms’ Lives Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H2081DE04F51741B19B0811A0C708E101" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Mapping broadband connectivity and maternal health outcomes</header> <subsection id="HAAFA4273D2F24AEF8B902F84916A8C46"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Incorporation of maternal mortality and severe maternal morbidity data</header><text>Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Federal Communications Commission shall incorporate publicly available data on maternal mortality and severe maternal morbidity, including for not less than 1 year postpartum, into the Mapping Broadband Health in America platform of the Commission.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="HFBD6EA28E88E4939AED8A9B95AE0AE3F" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(b)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Consultation with CDC</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Federal Communications Commission shall consult with the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding the maternal mortality and severe maternal morbidity data that should be incorporated under subsection (a).</text></subsection></section> </legis-body> </amendment-block> </amendment></engrossed-amendment-body><attestation><attestation-group><attestor display="no">Lorraine Miller</attestor><role>Clerk.</role></attestation-group></attestation><endorsement></endorsement></amendment-doc>
