Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/5121">42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq.</external-xref>).</text></section><section id="H115FC6CC64434275A074B5709549F39F"><enum>3.</enum><header>Limitation on declarations by HHS</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Secretary of Health and Human Services shall not, for the purpose of imposing gun control, declare a public health emergency pursuant to section 319 of the Public Health Service Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/247d">42 U.S.C. 247d</external-xref>).</text></section><section id="H3CCA76B307B14A3C9513C60FFA69BE8C"><enum>4.</enum><header>Firearms policies</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 706(a) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/5207">42 U.S.C. 5207(a)</external-xref>) is amended—</text><paragraph id="H0DCBCD01EFAA40679B8B8344D193A780"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (3) by striking <quote>; or</quote> and inserting a semicolon;</text></paragraph><paragraph id="HAAE005C9387244C58D31F9174F136E61"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph (4) by striking the period and inserting a semicolon; and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="H4C3C8BB11815470EA6D6744BF6E64625"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following: </text><quoted-block style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H7C574A5C75CC422B81B36ED68AFA65E1"><paragraph id="H6079400342304FE2BA0D342A97511740"><enum>(5)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">prohibit the manufacturing, sale, or transfer of firearms; or</text></paragraph><paragraph id="HA4EEA5B1CE394C3BBBF8684DD3864580"><enum>(6)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">prohibit the manufacturing, sale, or transfer of ammunition.</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section></legis-body></bill>
