Short title

This Act may be cited as the State Antitrust Enforcement Venue Act of 2021.

Amendments

Section 1407 of title 28 of the United States Code is amended—(1)in subsection (g) by inserting or a State after United States, and(2)by striking subsection (h).

3.

Effective date

This Act and the amendments made by this Act, shall take effect on June 1, 2021.
