 immigrant visa limit</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 201(b)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1151">8 U.S.C. 1151(b)(1)</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text><quoted-block style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HD55F3DC05B004E1D87E6B951C452D28C"><subparagraph id="H31A8808C93E64BB9A1F58548EE56A6A1" indent="up1"><enum>(F)</enum><text>Aliens who—</text><clause id="HC8AD9EA3EAAB46E19DFBD352788F55D2"><enum>(i)</enum><text>are eligible for a visa under paragraph (1) or (3) of section 203(a); and</text></clause><clause id="H4F04EC886FC54621AF7C401B2C1F9E02"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>have a parent (regardless of whether the parent is living or dead) who was naturalized pursuant to—</text><subclause id="H786E0ECF4FBF46E69375914B94642F38"><enum>(I)</enum><text>section 405 of the Immigration Act of 1990 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/101/649">Public Law 101–649</external-xref>; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1440">8 U.S.C. 1440</external-xref> note); or</text></subclause><subclause id="H43239A00CDB14BA582377F3AA6F85F95"><enum>(II)</enum><text>title III of the Act of October 14, 1940 (54 Stat. 1137, chapter 876), as added by section 1001 of the Second War Powers Act, 1942 (56 Stat. 182, chapter 199).</text></subclause></clause></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section></legis-body></bill>
