Reauthorization of Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program

Section 548(a) of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (42 U.S.C. 17158(a)) is amended—(1)in paragraph (1)—(A)by striking $2,000,000,000 and inserting $10,000,000,000; and(B)by striking 2008 through 2012 and inserting 2021 through 2030; and(2)in paragraph (2), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking program and all that follows through 2012 in subparagraph (C) and inserting program $50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2030.
