Res 65) providing for congressional disapproval under <external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/5/8">chapter 8</external-xref> of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Department of Labor relating to <quote>COVID–19 Vaccination and Testing; Emergency Temporary Standard</quote>.</official-title></form><resolution-body style="traditional" id="H7586B21EAD2941D6A3886E09B0D58B5E"><section display-inline="yes-display-inline" section-type="undesignated-section" id="H931C52564C12455082E84D1E399D2033"><enum/><text>That immediately upon adoption of this resolution, the House shall proceed to the consideration in the House of the joint resolution (H.J. Res. 65) providing for congressional disapproval under <external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/5/8">chapter 8</external-xref> of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Department of Labor relating to <quote>COVID–19 Vaccination and Testing; Emergency Temporary Standard</quote>. All points of order against consideration of the joint resolution are waived. The joint resolution shall be considered as read. All points of order against provisions in the joint resolution are waived. The previous question shall be considered as ordered on the joint resolution and on any amendment thereto to final passage without intervening motion except—</text><paragraph id="H038097A4D0F3481F8D63C463FD51C6F0"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">one hour of debate equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on Education and Labor or their respective designees; and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="H85846055E6374603A46762A02CA0545C"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">one motion to recommit.</text></paragraph></section></resolution-body></resolution>
