<resolution-body style="order-of-business" id="H9FB6F954D18B425680E7C8B6AB3ED145"> 
<section display-inline="yes-display-inline" section-type="undesignated-section" id="H22062D4E391E4C20A2EA9C896F5E9493"><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">That upon adoption of this resolution it shall be in order without intervention of any point of order to consider in the House the resolution (H. Res. 24) impeaching Donald John Trump, President of the United States, for high crimes and misdemeanors. The previous question shall be considered as ordered on the resolution and on any amendment thereto to adoption without intervening motion or demand for division of the question except two hours of debate equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on the Judiciary or their respective designees. </text></section> <section id="H142EAA132A4B4D62BC61B4083369A6F0"><enum>2.</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Until completion of proceedings enabled by the first section of this resolution—</text> 
<subsection id="HE36B830994FB453B9E5E553976EC2DA1"><enum>(a)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the Chair may decline to entertain any intervening motion, resolution, question, or notice; and </text></subsection> <subsection id="H254604E5F29D4104BADE1E53968E0949"><enum>(b)</enum><text>the Chair may decline to entertain the question of consideration. </text></subsection></section> 
<section id="H1003D4944C1F40B98900267A25AACEDF"><enum>3.</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Upon adoption of House Resolution 24—</text> <subsection id="HF7F14512CB1C42EAA6A3B47A093D504D"><enum>(a)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">House Resolution 40 is hereby adopted; and </text></subsection> 
<subsection id="HAFF11BE39FAB483F96A349276AB3217F"><enum>(b)</enum><text>no other resolution incidental to impeachment relating to House Resolution 24 shall be privileged during the remainder of the One Hundred Seventeenth Congress. </text></subsection></section> <section id="HF8851B5194F94B8085D328D58D1E2E4C"><enum>4.</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 5 of House Resolution 8, agreed to January 4, 2021, is amended by striking <quote>January 28</quote> each place that it appears and inserting <quote>February 11</quote>.</text></section>
