Biden, is directed to furnish to the House of Representatives copies of any document or communication in the possession of the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention that refers or relates to communication or coordination between the executive branch and the American Federation of Teachers regarding the development of the Operational Guidance for K–12 Schools and Early Care and Education Programs to Support Safe In-Person Learning issued by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention and most recently updated on May 27, 2022.
