<section id="H5AC43CD571FB4BA691915A9E9D3A5C25" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Streamline Pentagon Budgeting Act of 2022</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H50DDC6613E054FCAB58BC3C0EF960C43"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of reporting requirements related to unfunded properties</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/10/9">Chapter 9</external-xref> of title 10, United States Code, is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="HAEBCB209ACD84A19B5C5303CCCD123AF"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by repealing section 222a;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HFECC1E2D5ACB424CAA267EC03C26268B"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by repealing section 222b; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H2D8F9611351F4D97A69C76C7097D6746"><enum>(3)</enum><text>in the table of sections at the beginning of the chapter, by striking the items relating to sections 222a and 222b.</text></paragraph></section> </legis-body> </bill>
