Short title

This Act may be cited as the Fostering Secure Family Partnerships Act.

Increase in Federal financial support for kinship navigator programs

(a)

In general

Section 474(a)(7) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 674(a)(7)) is amended by striking 50 and inserting 75.(b)

Effective date

The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect on October 1, 2023, and shall apply to payments under part E of title IV of the Social Security Act for calendar quarters beginning on or after such date.
