<section id="H2509C4EE957A4CBDA9229A9C0093BFE7" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Women’s Suffrage National Monument</header> 
<subsection id="HE5B18B89370146A5883C9E6451048DD4"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Site</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding section 8908(c) of title 40, United States Code, the Women’s Suffrage National Monument shall be located within the Reserve.</text></subsection> <subsection id="H34903B3F30E646BAB4EC75BC30ECD010"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Applicability of Commemorative Works Act</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Except as provided in subsection (a), <external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/40/89">chapter 89</external-xref> of title 40, United States Code (commonly known as the <quote>Commemorative Works Act</quote>), shall apply to the Women’s Suffrage National Monument.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H6114292872E946059D2B67F4DA37A060"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text>In this section:</text> <paragraph id="H7B1B0D5E754249E4A399785DE6C85AEA"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Women’s Suffrage National Monument</header><text>The term <term>Women’s Suffrage National Monument</term> means the commemorative work authorized to be established under <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/116/217">Public Law 116–217</external-xref> (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/40/8903">40 U.S.C. 8903</external-xref> note).</text></paragraph>
