Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Trucking Workforce Improvement Act''. SEC. 2. REPEAL OF RULE. The final rule issued by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration titled ``Minimum Training Requirements for Entry-Level Commercial Motor Vehicle Operators'' issued on December 8, 2016 (81 Fed. Reg. 88732) shall have no force or effect. <all>
