<section id="HA3F59944944546C2BF2988595C69E3F0" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Ouachita National Forest Overnight Camping Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="HACF88EB7F9EB4ABDBAEDBD17C5C190FB"><enum>2.</enum><header>Restoration of overnight campsites</header> <subsection id="HC4ABCDB8AE73442EA3CB40887C05A14E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary shall—</text> 
<paragraph id="H49362E10E8A3406F839BEA9F4940E148"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">not later than 6 months after the date of the enactment of this Act, identify areas within Albert Pike Recreation Area that may be suitable for overnight camping; and</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H07E74A5D09114B249263ADBF58550FF9"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">not later than 2 years after the date of the enactment of this Act—</text> 
<subparagraph id="H01B0C7A4F3284C309220526B76267879"><enum>(A)</enum><text>review each area identified under paragraph (1); and</text></subparagraph> <subparagraph id="H1CB4CA64246D4A15A72EAB045B140546"><enum>(B)</enum><text>from the areas so identified, select and establish campsites and related facilities within Albert Pike Recreation Area for public use.</text></subparagraph></paragraph></subsection> 
<subsection id="H0BF1D42C48A84A3383F8A19D29BF7E8F"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Requirements related to campsites and related facilities</header><text>The Secretary shall—</text> <paragraph id="H75AE39CCF80D478EBCEC532C1036D176"><enum>(1)</enum><text>ensure that at least 54 campsites are available under subsection (a), of which not less than 8 shall have electric and water hookups; and</text> </paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H6FFC961164334857BA41CADCEDFBFD31"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">ensure that each campsite and related facility identified or established under subsection (a) is located outside of the 1 percent annual exceedance probability flood elevation.</text></paragraph></subsection> <subsection id="HB3F978EAFB7148A08EA8ED7D22A9A371"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Reopening of certain sites</header><text>Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall open each campsite within Albert Pike Recreation Area that—</text> 
<paragraph id="HF7DEF99081BD4DEFA73AC03F934CC4E8"><enum>(1)</enum><text>exists on the date of the enactment of this Act; and</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H1CF319BA0675413CA43212C0DA2847CC"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">is located outside of the 1 percent annual exceedance probability flood elevation.</text></paragraph></subsection> 
<subsection id="HF13E13CD8CC14C5B90D97ED084034915"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this section:</text> <paragraph id="H2EFFFA53FF6248C8B621FEF417D82E5E"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Albert Pike Recreation Area</header><text>The term <term>Albert Pike Recreation Area</term> means the Albert Pike Recreation Area and grounds associated with such area located in the Ouachita National Forest, approximately six miles north of Langley, Arkansas in southern Montgomery County, Arkansas. </text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H8239A943B81A4801BD2A3EDE38321B1E"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Secretary</header><text>The term <term>Secretary</term> means the Secretary of Agriculture. </text></paragraph></subsection></section> </legis-body></bill>
