Short title

This Act may be cited as the VA–SBA Extension Act of 2022.

Extension of transfer date for the verification of small business concerns owned and controlled by veterans or service-disabled veterans to the Small Business Administration

Section 862(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (Public Law 116–283; 15 U.S.C. 657f) is amended by striking means and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting means January 1, 2024..
