Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Streamlining Aviation for Eligible Veterans Act''. SEC. 2. INCLUSION OF NON-DEGREE FLIGHT TRAINING IN CERTAIN REHABILITATION PROGRAMS FOR CERTAIN VETERANS WITH SERVICE-CONNECTED DISABILITIES. Section 3101 of title 38, United States Code, is amended in paragraph (6) by adding at the end the following: ``A rehabilitation program may include a program that includes flight training and does not lead to a degree.'' <all>
