To amend title 38, United States Code, to expand certain rehabilitation 
   programs for certain veterans with service-connected disabilities.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Streamlining Aviation for Eligible 
Veterans Act''.

SEC. 2. INCLUSION OF NON-DEGREE FLIGHT TRAINING IN CERTAIN 
              REHABILITATION PROGRAMS FOR CERTAIN VETERANS WITH 
              SERVICE-CONNECTED DISABILITIES.

    Section 3101 of title 38, United States Code, is amended in 
paragraph (6) by adding at the end the following: ``A rehabilitation 
program may include a program that includes flight training and does 
not lead to a degree.''
