Short title

This Act may be cited as the Fighting Cancer in Children Act.

Transfer and rescission of amounts available for Office of the Director of NIH

Of the unobligated amounts available for National Institutes of Health—Office of the Director in Public Law 117–103—(1)$30,000,000 is transferred to, and merged with, amounts available to carry out section 417E of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 285a–11; relating to pediatric cancer research, awareness, and survivorship); and(2)$30,000,000 is hereby rescinded.
