This Act may be cited as the Port Automation Improvement Act of 2022.

Authorization of the maritime administration

Section 3501(a)(12) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (Public Law 117–81) is amended by striking , except that and all that follows through port terminal.
