Short title

This Act may be cited as the Promote Work and Improve Health Act of 2022.

Description of the State efforts to promote work and employment to improve mental health and well-being

Section 1932(b)(1)(A) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300x(b)(1)(A)) is amended—(1)in clause (viii), by striking and at the end;(2)in clause (ix), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and; and (3)by adding at the end the following:(x)provides a description of the State’s efforts to encourage and promote work and employment to improve mental health and well-being..
