Short title

This Act may be cited as the Stop Child Abuse Act.

Rescission

(a)

In general

The Executive order entitled Executive Order on Advancing Equality for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Intersex Individuals, signed on June 15, 2022, is rescinded and shall have no force or effect.(b)

Effective date

This Act shall take effect as if enacted on June 15, 2022.
