Short title

This Act may be cited as the Securing Facilities for Mental Health Services Act.

Mortgage insurance for hospitals parity

(a)

In general

Section 242(b)(1) of the National Housing Act (12 U.S.C. 1715z–7(b)(1)) is amended—(1)in subparagraph (A), by striking the semicolon at the end and inserting ; and; (2)by striking subparagraph (B); and(3)by redesignating subparagraph (C) as subparagraph (B).(b)

Effective date

The amendments made by this section shall apply upon the date of the enactment of this Act.
