Judiciary, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker,
in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the
jurisdiction of the committee concerned

A BILL
To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to require the display by
the Department of Homeland Security of appropriate signage throughout
airports to increase the public's awareness of the signs of human
trafficking, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Increasing Human Trafficking
Awareness Act''.
SEC. 2. AIRPORT SIGNAGE TO INCREASE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF HUMAN
TRAFFICKING.
Subparagraph (B) of section 434(e)(6) of the Homeland Security Act
of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 242(e)(6)) is amended by inserting ``, including by
displaying appropriate signage, as well as such indicator cards, fact
sheets, pamphlets, posters, and brochures, throughout airports,
including at airport security screening checkpoints, to increase the
public's awareness of the signs of human trafficking'' before the
semicolon.
