Reduction in age of eligibility of members of Ready Reserve for retired or retainer pay based on certain service

(a)

In general

Section 12731(f)(2)(A) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1)by striking January 28, 2008, the eligibility and inserting September 11, 2001, the eligibility; (2)by striking in any fiscal year after January 28, 2008, or; and (3)by striking September 30, 2014 and inserting September 11, 2001. (b)

Applicability

The amendments made by subsection (a) shall apply to applications pending on or submitted on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
